The Program Director (Intellectual Property Owner):Pro Online Academy by Tofik Bayramov, a sole proprietorship registered in Georgia (LEPL National Agency of Public Registry Georgia, Adigeni Region, Village Untsa, Sakhltan) under file number 322759190.

And

The Contractor (Payment & Service Provider):DS Media, a company registered in the Netherlands (KVK Company Number: 91197643) with its registered office at Boompjes 56A, 3011 XB Rotterdam, Netherlands.

RELATIONSHIP:You are purchasing access to the online course "Face Sculptor Academy" (the "Course") available at https://face-sculptor.online/ (the "Site"). The intellectual property and educational content of the Course are owned by The Program Director (Pro Online Academy). The Contractor (DS Media) is the entity responsible for organizing, charging for, providing technical support, and processing payments for the Course on behalf of the Program Director.

YOUR ACCEPTANCE:YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SITE AND COURSE MATERIALS ARE CONDITIONED ON YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF AND COMPLIANCE WITH THESE TERMS. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE AND MATERIALS AND MAKING THE INITIAL PAYMENT, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS THE SITE OR MATERIALS.

2. Disclaimers

The material appearing on the Site (https://face-sculptor.online/) is provided as information only. The owners of this Site (the Program Director and the Contractor) and their directors, agents, employees, and affiliates assume no responsibility or liability for any consequences resulting directly or indirectly from any action or inaction you take. All information is provided for informational purposes only and is not to be relied upon as professional opinion.

Client hereby acknowledges that training in aesthetic areas is subjective. The Providers may use their own judgment to provide the Course services, even if these methods do not follow strict adherence to Client’s suggestions.

Delivery of Course: Access to this Course is currently through third-party platforms (such as Systeme.io or Getcourse). The Contractor (DS Media) is not liable for any limitation of access caused by these third-party platforms.

Zero Tolerance: The Providers employ a Zero Tolerance policy for harassment (abusive language, hate speech, intimidation, etc.) of staff or other students. Upon a second incident of Harassment, the Client will be immediately removed from the Course with no refund.

Disputes & Customer Support: In the event that Client has any issue whatsoever (technical, substantive, or otherwise), Client acknowledges they will first raise that issue through private channels by emailing support@face-sculptor.online.

3. Intellectual Property

Copyright laws protect all materials created by the Program Director and/or Contractor on the Site and within the Course. All materials belong to the Program Director and/or Contractor.

Non-Exclusive License: A revocable, non-exclusive license is granted for Client to download copies of materials for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is a grant of a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license, Client shall not:

If Company discovers that you have illegally misappropriated or used any of the intellectual property, you will be blocked from any future Courses and we will seek all legal remedies.

4. Course Overview

Course Access: Clients receive access to the Course for the lifetime of the Course’s availability.Course Updates: Throughout the lifetime of the Course, the Providers may actively update the Courses. Clients are automatically granted access to any Course updates within the core curriculum.

5. Indemnification

As a condition of your use of the Site and/or Course, Client hereby indemnifies the Providers (DS Media and Pro Online Academy by Tofik Bayramov) and their directors, agents, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all liabilities, expenses (including legal fees) and damages arising out of claims resulting from your use of this Site and/or Course.

Links to Third Party Websites: This Site may contain links to third-party websites. Any linked sites are not under the control of the Providers. The Providers are not responsible for the content or any losses or damages you may incur from the use of any such website.

6. Confidentiality

Client agrees and acknowledges all Confidential Information shared through this Course is confidential, proprietary, and belongs exclusively to the Providers.

Testimonials: By agreeing to these Terms, Client grants the Providers permission to use any testimonials (success stories, words of praise via social media, public posts, etc.) in our marketing materials. We will blur last names on screenshots used.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our product. If you do not wish to continue with your course for any reason, send a refund request to support@face-sculptor.online within 30 days of purchase. We will provide a full refund of the amount you paid.

8. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions and any other legal notices, policies and guidelines linked to these terms and conditions or contained on this Site constitutes the entire Agreement between you and the Providers.

Modifications: The Providers may revise these terms of use for its website at any time without notice.

Arbitration: Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

Maximum Damages: Client agrees that the maximum amount of damages that Client may be entitled to in any claim arising from this Agreement or Course shall not exceed the total cost of the Course.

Execution: Client agrees to accept the above Agreement in its entirety when Client selects "I agree to the Terms &Conditions" at the Product checkout page and by rendering the first payment.
